About AvPosts
AvPosts brings Canadian aviation job listings together with information about pay, schedules, working conditions and employer-provided equipment. The board covers pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers, cabin crew, flight operations and corporate roles.
Where listings come from
AvPosts compiles job listings from employers' public career websites and combines them with jobs employers post directly on AvPosts. This lets candidates explore opportunities from different company sites in one place. We check connected sources for updates; candidates should also check the employer's original posting for current requirements and availability.
A company can appear in the directory before it has joined AvPosts. Candidates can apply to a job or send a general application for future opportunities, even if the company has no open posting. We save those applications privately. When a reviewed recruiting contact is available, AvPosts invites the company to claim its profile for free. Its team can review applicants after verifying employer access.
Employers make hiring decisions. An appearance on the board does not mean that AvPosts has endorsed an employer or independently verified every detail in a posting.
Free access to jobs
Candidates can browse jobs, save searches and create a profile for free. Employers can post jobs for free, with optional paid services for promotion, distribution and compensation insights.
